RULES
- Use RFID Race Timing System for MOUNTAIN BIKE and MINI TRAIL by using Finished Time (Gun Time) as criteria
- Decision of Race Committee is final.
- Cyclist and Runner age must meet age limits of each category (2019-Birth year) also Cyclist or Runner less than 12 years old is not allowed in race event.
- A Cyclist will receive 2 pcs. of BIB; one must be attached in front of the Bicycle and the other one must be pinned on his/ her back. A runner will receive 1 BIB that must be pinned on the chest only.
- No refund of Entry Fee in any cases.
- Any cheat intention will be considered as disqualified. Cyclist or Runner will be expelled from the competition immediately.
Remark:
“BIB with Chip Timing” in case of lost, forgot or damaged before competition starts, cyclist or runner will be 1,000 THB charged for a new one.
Protest
Must be done within 30 mins. after passed Finish line by a cyclist or a runner only and he/ she must make a deposit of 3,000 THB.
WAIVER AND RELEASE STATEMENT
This waiver and release statement certifies that I’m medically fit to compete in the event and fully understand that I enter at my own risk. The organizers will not be held responsible for any injury and illness of loss before, during or as result of the event. Furthermore, I consent to the organizing committee recording this competition event through photography and films. I hereby agree that in case of the event be cancelled in a whole or a part due to the wind, storm, rain, inclement weather or other conditions, my entry fee shall not be refundable.
